When you write, please tell us the email address you signed up with and what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot helps.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Open the Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dinamont Books. You can change or cancel there at any time.
You can delete your account inside the app, or ask us to do it for you. See how to delete your account.
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen. If you signed up with Google, sign in with the same Google account. If that does not work, email us from the address you signed up with.
